Historical Preservation

Katawba Valley Land Trust holds conservation easements on multiple battlefield sites that are owned by other historic organizations such as Historic Camden, South Carolina Battleground Preservation Trust and American Battlefield Trust. In addition we protect and manage the Nitrolee Arc building that helped make fertilizer back in the 1800’s.
